WHAT IS IT?

Face-to-face game with board and card game mechanics, in which players will be divided into teams and must cooperate to achieve a common objective, while seeking to fulfill secondary objectives.

PURPOSE OF THE GAME

The aim of the game is encourage teamwork and leadership in a dynamic that brings out the capacity for strategic vision, negotiation, resource management, among other behaviors of the participants.

The game is in person, teams will be divided and spread out on tables around the environment and displacement between tables is allowed. The Game Master will also be part of the game.

GAME MECHANICS

The game is composed of 10 groups, formed by 2 to 20 people. Each group represents a village.

The game is divided into turns:

  • A Preparation Turn: The groups must meet, analyze the information, objectives and outline a strategy.
  • 6 Free Action Turns: Groups will have 3 types of actions to perform (explore a location, trade with another group and loot/bet with another group).
  • 6 Event and Decision Turns: There will be 6 events in which the groups will have to make a decision together.
  • Free Action turns and Event and Decision turns are interspersed.
  • Each turn can range from 5 to 15 minutes in length.

The success of the groups will depend on the good leadership, critical analysis and negotiation power of the participants.
