WHAT IS IT?
It is a digital card game, in which participants have to draw up a plan before the game in order to make the best decisions and achieve the best result. All the planning will look small when the problems to be solved start to appear.

TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION
A game that requires 2 to 6 participants per session, who will put into practice the skills of critical analysis, strategic planning, resource allocation, decision making, risk analysis and autonomy.
The game is available in 3 different languages (Portuguese, English and Spanish). It is possible to apply several sessions of the game simultaneously, subject to availability.

GAME MECHANICS
Participants must analyze statistics and draw up a plan even before the start of the game.
At each round, they will have access to all Structure and Professional cards and must decide on the initial investment. Then they will receive the cards with the events (medical occurrences) and they will check if they can treat everyone.
The team's final score will take into account the revenue obtained from the events.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Minimum of 2 participants with 1h30 of availability. A computer or tablet with internet access is required.
Recommended for: Training and Development and Team Building.

Answer: It is possible to do several simultaneous sessions, depending on the availability of the AREA67 team and/or the application format chosen by the client.
Answer: The session lasts 1h30, considering Briefing, Game and Debriefing. The game itself can last up to 60 minutes.
Answer: Yes, the customer can choose to train people on their team to act as Game Masters.
Answer: Yes, it is necessary to use an online meeting platform such as Zoom, Meet or Teams to apply the game.
Answer: No, players will have a single link to connect and listen to the Briefing and will then be divided into Breakout Rooms, a tool available on most platforms.
Answer: Internet access, a computer or tablet and access to the event's online meeting platform (Examples: Zoom, Meet, Teams). It is recommended to use headphones and have a camera. The game does not work on mobile phones.
Answer: Yes, a Game Master will explain how the game works and how to access it.
Answer: Yes, if the client is interested, a Game Master will debrief the team and discuss with the players the learnings of the game, relating each puzzle and interaction of the participants with the contents, behaviors and skills worked during the session.
