WHAT IS IT?

Narrative role-playing game in which players take control of characters, collaboratively create narratives, interacting, arguing, and negotiating to achieve a goal.

PURPOSE OF THE GAME

Participants, who can be from 3 to 9 maximum, will be able to exercise various skills, such as: negotiation, persuasion, communication, leadership, teamwork, analytical ability, working under pressure, conflict management, empathy , active listening, among others.

TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION

The game progresses in turns according to a predetermined system of rules, within which players can improvise freely. Players' choices will determine the direction the game will take.

The game is available in 3 different languages ​​(Portuguese, English and Spanish).

GAME MECHANICS

The players are executives of Agência Flow, a fictional technology company that develops software and produces innovative equipment for various segments and were summoned to a meeting with the CEO. They will only have 90 minutes to make an important decision together.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Minimum of 3 participants with availability from 1h30 to 2h00.
